Kits is a free, ad-supported suite of developer utilities. These terms are short because the deal is simple: use the tools, keep your data, don't abuse the service.

Free to Use

Every tool on Kits is free, with no account, registration, or payment. The service is funded by clearly-labeled sponsor placements in the ad rail — never by selling your data.

Your Content Stays Yours

Anything you paste, upload, or generate with a local tool is processed on your device and remains your property. We claim no license over your inputs or outputs.

Provided "As Is" — No Warranty

Kits is provided without warranty of any kind. Validate critical output before relying on it, and keep backups of important data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITISYOU is not liable for losses arising from use of the tools.

Acceptable Use

Use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You may not:

disrupt, overload, or probe the service or its network endpoints
scrape, wrap, or resell Kits as your own hosted service
use network tools (e.g. DNS lookup) against systems you are not authorized to query

Advertising & Third Parties

Sponsor placements are visually separated in the ad rail and never interleaved with tool output. Sponsors do not receive your tool inputs, outputs, or browser-local history. Third-party sites linked from ads have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the toolset evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance; since there are no accounts, no notice can be delivered individually.
